Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for RivalEdge subscriptions and services. It is adapted for a monthly SaaS monitoring product where setup, tracking, and reports may begin shortly after purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

RivalEdge subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.

Refund Eligibility

We may approve a refund for a first-time monthly subscription if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and we have not yet delivered a report, completed substantial setup work, or provided meaningful use of the service. Refunds are reviewed case by case.

Non-Refundable Situations

Payments are generally non-refundable after reports have been delivered, monitoring setup has been completed, custom research has started, or the billing period has ended. Renewal payments are also generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or purchased the wrong plan by mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the charge and, where appropriate, issue a refund or account credit.

Service Issues

If RivalEdge is unavailable or a report has a material issue, please contact us so we can investigate and fix the problem. Depending on the situation, we may provide a corrected report, service credit, plan adjustment, or refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to hello@rivaledge.co with the email used for purchase, your company name, the plan purchased, the charge date, and a short explanation of the request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually submitted to the payment processor within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to refund requests made after the updated policy is published.
